Outside Home Repairs

For us homeowners there seem to be as many outside home repairs as there are days in the week. Painting, loose shingles, leaking roofs, missing soffit, rotten sub-fascia, saggy rain gutters are just a few that come to mind. Your yard too, although not part of the actual structure, still need attention. Bug infestations, weeds, moles and gophers are typical yard problems that have to be addressed.

Keep in mind that working outside carries inherent risks that can be easily avoided with a little fourthought. Dehydration, insect bites and stings, heat exhaustion and high winds all pose health risks that can easily be avoided with some pre-planning. We all like to save a few dollars and gain the satisfaction of doing it ourselves, but never at the risk of injury.
